It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

No pets or smoking/vaping in cabin or game processing building. No service/training pets allowed. Owner has asthma and is allergic to dogs.

It has a spacious private back yard, a front patio for bird watching, and a cozy sunroom. The house is walking distance to Jewell County Hospital and Rock Hills High School. Mankato offers unique local stores, restaurants, music events, beautiful park, public pool, nearby lake and attractions, seasonal hunting and fishing, and a happy small town vibe.

There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.
