It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. This cottage is about 5 miles south of Lincoln, NE. It has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath on the main floor with 2 lofts that each have a single bed. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.

This 1920's bungalow was renovated solely for use as a guesthouse with all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC . All original wood floors and woodwork were retained. It's just a half block from the Main Street of our quaint little town just 2 miles off of Interstate 80.
