The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Wheal Rose cottage - 20 mins to Cornish beaches

WHEAL ROSE is a traditional semi-detached barn conversion that sleeps 4. Used regularly by our family so has games, books etc. Large upstairs open-plan room with beamed ceiling, 2 sofabeds, TV, desk, dining table and kitchen inc dishwasher. Downstairs 2 bedrooms and shower bathroom. Shared utility shed with w machine + drier, pool table. Courtyard with overflow parking space, EV charger (extra cost), table tennis. BBQ, outside seating. Dog friendly. 10 mins to Helston and 20 mins to the beach.

Relaxing Eco Wood-Fired Hot Tub, use of 2 acres of garden teeming with wildlife. Seal & Donkey Sanctuaries close by. Central location for St Ives, Penzance, Falmouth & Truro. Major Supermarkets 5mins & beaches 10- 15min drive. Multiple dining options close by. Cabin Hob, Microwave. Or outdoor Pizza oven, BBQ & Fire-pit.

Mazal House Studio.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.

Argel - a peaceful retreat

Argel is a stylish one room studio with a double bed, sofa, kitchen area and separate shower room. Situated in a sheltered south facing garden, with a view across to Tregonning Hill from the breakfast bar, it is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. The harbour, restaurants, pubs and beach are only a 10 minute walk away, just be prepared for a bit of a hill on the way back! Off road parking is available or you can park on the road outside the property.

Woodside. An adorable self contained studio.

Situated in Helston, a perfect base to explore Cornwall, 'Woodside' is perfectly positioned moments from woodland & river walks that can lead you into the country or the centre of town in approx. 15 minutes. Martlett Barn

Martlett Barn is situated in lovely rural surroundings with fabulous views overlooking Penrose (National Trust) and within walking distance of Helston and Loe Bar. Porthleven Harbour is only 1.5 miles away. Hirondelle Barn, also on Airbnb, is situated at the same location and offers similar accommodation to Martlett. Ideal if you have friends that would like to come and stay at the same time.

Pinewood Cabin, on a farm.

The Pinewood Palace gives the camping experience with the comforts of home. The cabin has been decorated using all recycled products and it's mismatch design gives a comfortable feel. Ideal place to stay for those seeking a more natural setting with the chance to meet lots of our permanent animal residents. The property has recently had a new roof fitted.
