Perfect spot if you want to go out west, drive central, attend events at the Trust Stadium (5 minute drive, also walkable), or catch the train from Henderson to right outside the gates of Eden Park. Pull back the ranch sliders in summer and open the house to the outdoors. Relax with dinner, drinks and the setting sun on the covered outdoor deck. Underfloor heating the bathrooms provides all year comfort. It's a 5min walk down the road to the start of the beach track and then a 20min stroll through the bush down to the beach (or a 3min drive!)

Great location

A weatherboard sixties state house with off-street parking, located close to the motorway, the Trusts Arena. 5 minutes walk to Countdown. There’s a data projector with Google Chromecast. Plenty of children's books and board games. I only use eco-cleaning products. You will have access to the front of the house as the decking at the back needs repairs. Laundry, back decking, and rear garden are unavailable. The house exterior is a work in progress, but the inside is tidy and clean!
