With over 1,400 square feet, this space offers ample room to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting overlooking a beautiful backyard. It features a private entry for added convenience and is part of a community with two swimming pools, though there is no private pool. While there is only one bedroom, the L-shaped sofa is very comfortable, and another sofa is available near the pool table. The base price is for three people. No get-togethers, no parties, please.
