The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Marilyn is a beautiful, romantic, vintage silver Airstream, set within her own private enclosed meadow. She has her own large sundeck, sunken outdoor bath and cinema, sun recliners, fire pit & far reaching rural views. You can just relax in the rural retreat or explore the local area, where you will find, wild swimming, hiking in the Black Mountains, Forest of Dean or the scenic Wye Valley. There are many outdoor activities. eateries & independent shops. Just perfect for relaxing or exploring.

This large building with direct access to our own private woods and acres of fields is perfect for stargazing and family games. Sitting on top of many rambler paths this retreat is perfect for groups that want to relax in the quiet countryside. We also offer party planning and family activities.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? It is a short steep walk through the fields to reach the top of the Skirrid mountain via our private route.

Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.

Our shepherds hut and Railway Wagon both offer a kingsize bed. Perfect for groups to book together making the site exclusive. The indoor heated swimming pool is a hugely popular attraction which guests can use exclusively during their visit.
