A solo 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, nuestra casa ofrece comodidad y conveniencia. Con supermercados y parques cercanos, y acceso rápido a la autopista, la ubicación es ideal. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Cosy studio close to the centre of Leuven

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated at the border of a calm quarter (Matadi), built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.

During your stay at Casa Frambosia you can relax thanks to the spacious accommodation in a green environment. The Casa is well located for tourist or cultural excursions in Leuven, Mechelen, Brussels, Hasselt .... or to enjoy cycling and walking routes from the front door. The Hageland with its blossoms is a stone's throw away.
