Maple Cabin - a cozy rustic escape in nature

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape located at the historic Lazy River Playground. You can enjoy an evening fire, walk the nature trails or sit by the river. The cabin is not insulated, but has electricity with access to outdoor bathrooms and an outdoor open air shower. You will need to bring food and drinking water. You will have access to a community fridge and freezer as well as a charcoal grill. Old time roller skating and miniature golf are available seasonally. Close to SLU

Hidden Meadow Suite in Potsdam *Near Colleges*

Your own peaceful and private suite with your own entrance, private bath, kitchen, and lots of windows. Easy check-in with the keypad. Guests have an entire floor in our house, WiFi, outdoor table and seating. It is hidden in the woods. Guests have a great view overlooking a pond and enjoy watching the horses on the property. Just 10 minutes from Clarkson University, 20 minutes from St. Lawrence University and one hour from Lake Placid. We stay on our own floor, never compromising your privacy.

A Perfect Outdoor Retreat For Couples or Outdoor Enthusiasts! Finished in pine with Adirondack accents , this cabin says nothing but the outdoors. The kitchen, living room, sun room and bathroom occupy the first floor, while "two cozy bedrooms can be found on the second floor". The cabin is fully furnished with everything you’ll need for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. It also offers an amazing view of the river that can be seen everywhere. Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed at the cabin.

Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Just a short walk from Gouverneur’s Main Street, this charming apartment is the ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, and grilling right at your doorstep. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking needs and stocked with light snacks to enjoy. As the owners, we live downstairs and are available if needed. Though we share the same building, your privacy is our top priority, and we're committed to making your stay peaceful and enjoyable.

Village apartment near SLU

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. The Loft3-Near Clarkson, SLU & SUNYs - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. Captain’s Quarters at Water’s Edge

A sweet spot right on the lake/river in the heart of the far north Ny! Great space for a couple or single, whether for a long term stay or a short vacation! A good fit for elderly guests with the handicap whirlpool and 4’ shower. The main bedroom is on the first floor! There are also two private bedrooms upstairs. Amenities include WiFi, Ethernet, 58” Tv, full stainless kitchen with double oven, ice maker, and dishwasher! Swedish massage chair, kayaks, and more!

Nautical-themed, luxurious and romantic 1 bedroom suite. Enjoy your own 1100 sq/ft space in downtown Prescott (1 block from the River). With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

Canton home w/ private apartment on Grasse River

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.

Cabin at Laing Family Farm

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.
