Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

The Hernando Lake House

Relax our Lake House. The water touches the back yard and the lake is loaded with Bass and many other fish. Relax in the living room falling asleep for afternoon naps while gazing at the serenity of the water. The house is quiet and set up for some nice long weekends. The Gulf of Mexico is just 14 miles to Crystal River which has a nice local beach. Scalloping and Manatee watching and much more to do in Citrus county. Orlando and Disney are just a little over an hours drive.

It is just a mile from Rainbow River and is ideally suited to guests who want to golf, fish, bike, or enjoy water sports, as well as those who want to nature watch. Only 20 miles to WEC (World Equestrian Center). Includes two parking spaces and a boat slip. Boat launch across the river.

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.

Take it easy at this cozy and peaceful getaway located in a safe and quiet neighborhood near The Villages. It's conveniently located all within 1.5 miles to Walmart, Aldi, Waffle House, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Cracker Barrel, BJ's Wholesale and many other shops and restaurants. Plus, The Villages Hospital. We are also located two miles from The Villages Spanish Springs town square which has free entertainment from 5pm to 9pm every night of the week.
