Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. The Studio at The Old Roost is located in a tranquil rural hamlet within easy distance to many of Cornwall's leading attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan (2 miles) and only 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey and the beautiful Cornish coast. The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
