はじめまして。2023年11月から民泊を始めました。ホストするのが楽しく12月中旬にもう一部屋増やし2024年4月に三部屋目を始めました。 札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の1棟アパートの2階の1部屋です。 私達は同じアパートに住んでいますので、何かありましたらすぐに対応します。 JR新川駅から徒歩10分 地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分 という少し不便な場所ですが、 車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。 この部屋は眺望良好です。 施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が日々使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分 ドラッグストアまで徒歩4分 スーパーマーケットまで徒歩10分 と生活には便利な場所です。 また、2駅目には、大型スーパーや温泉施設もあります。 ソファーベッドは170cmです。 ☆送迎について 宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車でお迎えにあがります。 時間が合わなければすみません。 2025年3月エアコン（冷房のみ）設置済み。

Located is south area of Sapporo.There has good nature . The apartment is 2-floors with kitchen and bath room. Able to stay up to 6 people maximum, kids(under 10years old) are free. The house is not close to subway ST .But very close to the bus stop.It takes 30mins ¥210 by bus from Sapporo ST. In along the large street, easy to find by car. You can feel like a local Sapporo life.
