Reikyo Hanazono｜Garden Tatami

Just one stop from the city’s rush, yet quietly removed from its noise — Reikyo presents a serene tatami room designed for rest, reflection, and quiet beauty. Facing a small private garden, this space blends traditional Japanese style with modern comfort. The courtyard garden is softly lit at night, creating a meditative mood that shifts with the time of day. Washi-style lighting, natural wood textures, and the soft scent of tatami create a tranquil retreat in the heart of the city.

We renovated a house in downtown Osaka. This is a Japanese house with a nostalgic feel. The location is 15 minutes by train to Namba, the downtown area of Osaka, and 40 minutes to Osaka Station, making it an area with good access to the center of Osaka. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. There are many supermarkets and 24-hour convenience stores within walking distance. Recommended for those who want to experience the life of an old Japanese private house.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door. Please don't hesitate to ask us anytime.

Stay in green space & can be happy

Creating a cozy space by reducing a few partitions in the room, Dining based on white color and Bedroom side is based on Indigo Blue color. Dining is like being in a peaceful forest. Around the room is like a small Kyoto. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets around the main station. The bed is a large double bed, so it can be reserved for up to 2 people.
