Spirit of the Sea ialah kotej tepi pantai yang direka semula dan baru diubahsuai dengan pemandangan pantai yang luar biasa dari semua bilik, kawasan dek luaran yang cerah, dan kelengkapan moden. Berjalan kaki sebentar ke dua pantai dan pusat kampung Kaka Point. Spirit of the Sea ialah tempat percutian pantai persendirian namun berpusat yang direka sebagai tempat percutian pasangan, tidak sesuai untuk kanak-kanak kecil kerana terdapat beberapa bahaya seperti tebing curam yang tidak berpagar dan jalan yang sibuk.

Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.
