Situated in Punta Cana, 250 m from Arena Gorda Beach and 300 m from Bavaro Beach. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The wifi is a minimum of 50 Mbps throughout the property. We are on a quieter dead-end, dirt road. Electricity is included in your stay, no additional cost.

The room is part of my colonial house, a space dedicated to travelers who want to explore the cultural side of Santo Domingo. It is important to note that this is not a hotel, so guests are expected to respect coexistence and maintain a clean and orderly environment. Currently, some of the rooms are occupied by young people temporarily working on projects in the country, so the atmosphere is familiar and quiet, with daytime hours being observed.
