The Hepburn House, a charming one bedroom several blocks from Lee, is a short walk to the Greenway, coffee, bakery, and shops. 20 minutes from the Ocoee River, you're near Class IV whitewater for rafting, hiking, beautiful gorge drives and more! The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away.

Unwind, relax and enjoy peaceful countryside living in this cute updated 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath cottage overlooking beautiful grasslands and running creek. Two queen beds in upstairs master, and sleeper-sofa downstairs offer sleeping for six. Easy 30 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Plenty of local activities await you nearby from the Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers for all water attractions. Less than five miles to Lee University, OCI, businesses, and all that Cleveland has to offer.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Nestled into 300+ private acres of cattle land and woods, our cabin overlooks rolling pastures and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Plenty of adventures are nearby too - world-class white-water rafting on the Ocoee River, or for a quieter adventure, try fly-fishing or tubing down the Hiwassee River. And as this is a working cattle farm, premium beef is usually available for purchase while you're here.

The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
