No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is docked there when not in use as in the third pic.

Romantic Waterfront Escape with hottub and kayak

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Excellent views of the ocean from the spacious deck in the middle of the island. Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the dolphins swim by as you relax in the wonderful gazebo. Beach & pier can be had from the 3 sundecks complete with hot tub, deck furniture & benches. Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
