This is a quiet and picturesque hillside neighborhood. It’s close to Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood and Vine, and Universal Studios. LA is a car culture & you will have the most freedown & flexiblity if you travel with a vehicle. However, if you are travelling without a car - this is a good spot. We are close to the Redline Metro Train. There are several close Metro bus stops that service the city. Uber & Lyft are also convenient options. A combo of bus, train & rideshare would be perfect if you are choosing not to drive during your visit.

House is divided - Guest will stay in the Two-Story Main House while Hosts live in the back of house with separate entrance. We are well-traveled creative types on premises in the divided back house. We'll meet you when you arrive and show you the house & yard, and then be available by text or call for any questions. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!

Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.
