The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Situated down a quiet loke, away from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful market town of Holt is our comfortable and charming cottage. The Holt House is a beautiful, dog friendly holiday home in North Norfolk. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has a parking space with additional free on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

The beautiful kitchen has marble worktops, seating for 5 people and it even has a instant boiling water tap so you don't have to wait for your morning cup of tea or coffee .

The family room is open plan incorporating the kitchen (with an Aga), dining area and squishy sofas with a TV. Cart Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion situated in North Norfolk. Conveniently close to the town of Holt and only 6 miles from the Coast. Cart Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 and has a very sociable living space great for a get together with friends and family. Book with us during the winter months, October 2025 to March 2026 and the hot tub is included. The Hot tub is bookable as an extra cost at all other times.
