Cute west-side studio, close to downtown restaurants, shops, river, wineries, mountain biking and hiking trails. Easy 35 minute drive to Mt. Hood. Perfect for two adults or a family with children who wouldn't mind sharing a comfortable fold up mattress. Upstairs apartment has it's own private entrance with lockable space for equipment and gear. While cleanliness is always a priority, due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Our Garden Home is a large, private 2-bedroom daylight basement with beautiful views of Mt. Hood. The exterior has its own very private garden area with lush vegetation and lots of shade, a covered patio to relax and stay cool, and a BBQ for those summer dinners outside . The 1,400sq ft space is flooded with light from the many windows on the east, south and west sides, and always stays very fresh and comfortable all year round, it is one of the nicest daylight basements to be found :)

Enjoy this lovely self-contained attached suite, a mere 5-minute walk from coffee shops, eateries, the aquatic center, and Indian Creek Trail. Ideal for professionals, couples, two friends, or solo adventurers. It has a living/dining area, kitchenette (with a new apartment-sized fridge/ freezer), and a separate landscaped entrance with a seating area. Brand new washer/dryer unit that makes longer stays even more convenient. You'll enjoy lovely views from the great room of large maple trees!

Kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and recently upgraded with a dishwasher, stovetop , and oven) stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Living and dining room area with futon couch and dining room table. Easy walk to Heights restaurants and bakery. 30 minute walk downtown through neighborhood or via Indian Creek Trail .

There is a separate side private entrance, covered parking in the winter and outside sitting area with a view of the river. Come and relax on our patio with a glass of wine and listen to the river. Plenty of room for your toys ; skis, mountain bikes, kayaks, windsurf, etc. There is BBQ but no stove for cooking. (county rules).
