The guest suite is on ground floor, double room, bathroom, large living room which includes a double sofa bed. Access to decking area with views across the beach. Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Staves Cottage : Bespoke holiday cottage

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Cosy self contained flat in quiet village on the beautiful moray coast surrounded by beautiful beaches and woodland. Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub. The Beach Flat

Beautiful flat, in grade B listed mill, with gorgeous sea views, situated in the quaint fishing village of Burghead. The flat overlooks the Moray firth where dolphins, seals and orcas are spotted. The flat is a 5 minute walk from miles of beaches and the forest of Roseaisle and a wonderful local cycle path and coastal walk. Please note this flat is on the second floor with no lift.

Hopeman Cottage

Hopeman Cottage sleeps 4 to 6 people and is the perfect location for a scottish coastal holiday. The cottage is just 600m from the ancient harbour with stunning sheltered sandy beaches and coastal walks to explore on both sides of the village.
