Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und das Grundstück ist komplett eingewachsen, so dass man hier einen völlig ungestörten Urlaub verbringen kann. Das ganze Haus ist in skandinavischem Stil eingerichtet, seit diesem Sommer mit Kaminofen. Eine große, überdachte Holzterasse lädt bei jedem Wetter zum Essen im Freien.
