Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Træhus med panoramaudsigt

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig med udsigt over Vejle Fjord, mark og skov. Huset rummer en stue med køkken, spiseplads og sofaområde, toilet med bruser samt overetage med soveværelse. Der er to elevationssenge (dobbeltseng) samt en enkeltsående seng. Vær opmærksom på at trappen til 1.sal er lidt stejl, og der er ikke så god plads rundt om dobbeltsengen. Udenfor er der to terasser, begge med udsigt. Der er brændeovn med frit tilgængeligt brænde. Både sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet.

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Gæstehus med havudsigt

Start dagen med kaffe på terrassen og nyd den smukke udsigt over fjorden. Gå en tur i haven, hvor der er to små søer og masser af natur at udforske. Kun 800 meter fra huset finder du havet, som byder på skønne gåture langs vandet året rundt. På under 10 minutters kørsel ligger Juelsminde, en hyggelig kystby, caféer og nogle af områdets bedste is. Du kan også tage til Snaptun, hvorfra der sejler færger til de fredelige øer Hjarnø og Endelave – perfekte til en dagsudflugt i naturen.

Strandhytte, unik beliggenhed

Unik og charmerende strandhytte i vandkanten med udsigt over Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov og Lillebælt. Ugenert beliggenhed på sydvendt skrænt med stor lukket træterrasse, egen strand og bro. Mulighed for lystfiskeri, badning og vandreture i naturen. Placeret 5 km fra Middelfart og den fynske motorvej. Strandhytten er nyrenoveret i 2022 med en enkel og funktionel indretning. Stilen er lys og maritim, og selv om hytten er lille, er der fin plads til 2 personer og evt. også en lille hund.

The apartment is part of a private residence, which is why you will be able to hear a little life in the house when the hosts are at home.

Lejligheden ligger tæt ved bymidte og indkøb

Sengelinned skal medbringes. Der kan lejes sengelinned, for 50 kr. eller 7,00 EUR pr. person. Der forefindes toiletpapir og håndklæder ved ankomst. Rengøring kan tilkøbes på stedet 300,00 Kr. eller 40,00 EUR. Der er hurtig wi-fi og der fri parkering lige ved døren på gaden 24 timer, i skal ikke tage jer af der står 2 timer på P skiltet. Kode på fordøren bliver tilgængelig når booking er bekræftet.

Byhus i ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Her får i en bid af det chamerende "gamle" Juelsminde . Huset er bygget i 1929. I facade butikken driver jeg en lille hyggelig frisør salon, og i “husets” garage driver vores voksen datter en blomsterbutik 🌺,mens det ny istandsat baghus + førstesalen rummer den 74 m' store feriebolig. I den blomsterrige have er der to terrasser, så både morgenkaffen og aften grill kan nydes i solskin.
