Ville has two partitions where both partitions accommodate modern bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Villa has total of four bathrooms and one separate toilet. Outdoor has a lot of assets, some of them are children playground and a dog box. Main assets are barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a big swimming pool with sunbathing area. Za doći do plaža koje ostavljaju bez daha (Oprna, Zala, Baška, Mošćenička draga) treba oko 45 minuta vožnje. Zbog pozicije interesantan je lovcima i ribolovcima.
