A charming one-bedroom suite in a rural neighborhood 10 minutes by car from downtown Hudson. Your rental is a private, independent unit next to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, electric fireplace and a private backyard with a grill, firepit and pool (June to Sept.). If we are around, we give you privacy. Our well-appointed, first floor guest suite is a centrally-located, cozy place to stay in Hudson, just a 12 minute walk from the Amtrak train station, and ideal for those without the need for a kitchen who plan to eat out at the great restaurants within walking distance. Guests will enjoy staying in a home built in 1834 that has been tastefully updated and renovated, with high ceilings, a mix of modern and retro furniture, and a bedroom connected by French doors to a living room with sofa bed.

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side in this year 1800 eyebrow colonial. Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. The design, using the original carriage doors in the architecture, allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and even enjoy our grounds!

The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
