Casita Montalbano Private Guadalupe River Access

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Although the cabins are only 10 miles from town, guests feel as if they are in another world; a world of pure Texas Hill Country! A king size bed with elegant hill country style bedding and large bathroom. The bedroom/sitting area includes a flat screen TV; kitchenette complete with a toaster oven, full size refrigerator, keurig and microwave. Large porch with hot tub.

This new guesthouse is the perfect spot to wind down from city life. View wildlife from the spacious covered porch or through large, sliding-glass doors. Sit out under the stars and enjoy a fire in the firepit or grill in the evenings on the provided gas grill. Light breakfast items are provided along with coffee and tea. Due to the recent coronavirus restrictions, and to increase your protection, we are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces between guests.

As you enter the property you will first be enchanted by the lovely landscaping. Your attention will be drawn immediately, however, to the unbelievable panoramic views. You'll see miles and miles of Texas!

The cottage porch backs up to our acreage with donkeys, alpaca, and sheep who will greet you in the peaceful setting while you enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Relax in the private hot tub & enjoy the fire pit under clear star filled skys. Cook in the full kitchen, or enjoy some of Frederickburg's many delicious restaurants, just three miles from the front door.
