All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

The home is located in "CATSKILL PARK", only five mile away from the #1 most visited state park in New York, "NORTH SOUTH LAKE" where you can camp, picnic, hike, swim, sail, canoe, kayak or just experience the beautiful view of the "CATSKILL MOUNTAINS". The apartment is very spacious, secluded and safe with plenty of room for children to play. We have enjoyed this area most of our life's and have raised our kids up here, so I am sure you will too! We have 2 lovable pups that live on site.

Enjoy the historic Rondout district of Kingston while relaxing in this beautiful, one-bedroom, one bath unit on the first floor of a brick building from 1900. One bedroom with a queen bed, spacious living room with a futon, bathroom, and kitchenette with dining area. This arrangement is very much like a 2 family home and this is the lower level. We recently installed security cameras on the OUTSIDE. If this is a problem for you please let us know asap.
