You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.

This studio Condo sleeps 2 guests very comfortably but for small families and small groups trying to save, we have a futon couch and can fit up to 4. Condo has a pool on site and also has a washer and dryer on the same level near the elevator. Within 5 minutes from downtown Ft. Walton Beach with Plenty of restaurants and other attractions near the condo.
