Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

The Old Blue Cottage of St. Marys

Placed perfectly only a half block from the Thames River in the hidden architectural wonderland that is St Marys, Ontario is the recently renovated ‘Old Blue Cottage’. Just south of Stratford, 20 minutes northeast of London and a little under an hour’s drive from Kitchener-Waterloo you’ll find this quaint two-bedroom retreat; one featuring a bunk bed, and principle bedroom with a walkout to the covered back deck. Welcome to the Birdhouse. This cottages holds 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll first notice the wall of windows that lets the light shine into the kitchen/living room, as much as it's beautiful on sunny days, its extremely cozy during raining/snowy days. The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.
