However, hidden among other stone houses and old narrow streets the house is distanced enough from the nightlife to enjoy in peaceful moments.

Our villa is situated in historical city center, close to the city port, the beach and the Piazza. It has three floors. Ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, spacious living room and a lovely yard with jacuzzi. Stairs take you to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. On the second floor you can find bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a fantastic view on city center, sea and beautiful archipelago.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. You can reach the beautiful old town of Hvar and its lovely sights by making a 10 minute walk over the promenade and enjoying the weather.
