Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια αλλά και παρέες.Το μπαλκόνι στις φωτογραφίες αποτελεί κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι μεταξύ τον δύο δωματίων μου και βρίσκεται στα 2 μέτρα απόστασης απο το κατάλυμα
