Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

Charming House on the Ocean Front

My house is private, comfortable and set in stunning surroundings with open views. I have made a big effort to make it as homey as possible and equipped it with most necessities and really comfortable beds. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.

The house is 82 m2 with two bedrooms, located at a traditional Icelandic farm. The house is between the towns Stykkishólmur (20 km) and Grundarfjörður (20 km), where you can find all facilities you need. The house has superb view over mountains, sea and lava fields. This is a perfect location to discover Snæfellsnes peninsula. From here you can visit the Shark Museum in Bjarnarhöfn, go swimming in Stykkishólmur, go sailing around Breiðarfjörður or visit the national park.

Converted Water Tower

A three floor uniquely converted modern water tower and a first purpose built Micro house in Iceland. The water tower was build in 1960 then converted to a Micro house in 2017. Our apartment is in the most popular neighborhood of Reykjavík, Vesturbær. A walk to downtown area is just 15-20 min and a wonderful walking path on the shoreline starts here. Also: a swimming-pool, coffee-house, restaurants, bakery, gourmet food-stores and friendly neighbors!
