La casa è immersa in un terreno incantevole, uno dei punti più belli dell'isola, dietro alla spiaggia di Lucaise a cui si accede a piedi con sentiero privato. E' dotata di tutti i comfort ed in perfetto stato. Si vive soprattutto all'esterno dove si trovano le terrazze su più livelli con tavolo e barbecue in pietra e doccia esterna.
