Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Star Rider is a boho log cabin with sweeping lake views through bifold doors spanning the width of your tranquil home-from-home—set in peaceful, natural surroundings. Newly refurbished in a safari-boho style, it features 2 ensuite King bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 in soulful comfort and style. The open-plan lounge and kitchen lead to a private, furnished deck. Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A cosy sanctuary to unwind and reconnect.

Two Corffe Cottages, Heated Indoor Pool

Once the stables and outbuildings of the impressive Corffe House, Corffe has been beautifully restored, transforming it into a relaxing holiday cottage complex with a wealth of facilities for all ages. Whatever the weather, Corffe provides the ideal base for family holidays and gatherings, stay on site and enjoy the shared indoor pool (with hot tub), tennis court and play area or head out and within 10 minutes you’ll be at the nearest beach. Year round week stays and short breaks available.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Budhyn Yurt Woodlands Manor Farm

Budhyn Yurt is 5.8m in diameter and 3m high in the centre. It has a super king-sized bed and two single beds with a Nordpeis Orion stove in the centre. White linen with two pillows, hand towel and fluffy bath sheet per person. Complementary super fast broadband Wi-Fi. It has its own kitchen with a fridge/ice box, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, two-ring induction hob ,table and chairs, two USB charging points and a Webber BBQ. It also has private shower room and washing up area.

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Woolacombe Apartment: Sea Views, parking & beach

A light and airy modern 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Woolacombe, central to the shops, bars and amenities. Seablue View is a couple of minutes walk from the award winning Woolacombe Beach & Barricane Beach with spectacular beach & sunset views.
