Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

The cove A cosy beach retreat in West Cornwall, UK

Portreath is a village and fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is about three miles northwest of Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. There are 2 bedrooms. Dogs allowed on beach most of year but between 1st July and 30th August can only go on there b4 10am and after 6pm.

A dedicated parking space is available on the property A 10 min drive to stunning Cornish beaches and the coastal path 10 min to Portreath Harbour and beach is the starting point for the the`Atlantic highway` leading to the golden mile of beaches at Godrevey and Gwithian. The coastal path offers walks and stunning view points along the way. Falmouth, Penzance and Newquay are easy drives from the cottage.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Explore the coastal paths, spectacular nature and Lighthouse at Godrevy or simply dine al fresco on the decking . "Lowena" has a king sized bed, and a well equipped kitchen including a 2 ring electric hob, microwave, and a fridge . A Tranquil getaway with all the home comforts .
