Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided, tubs are intended to be used as showers only.

It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.
