Great mountain setting and our fast WiFi will allow you to stay as connected as needed. In winter enjoy 10 minute drive to Palisades Tahoe and 20 minute drive to Northstar!

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Welcome to Black Bear in Incline Village, minutes to Diamond Peak (DP), beaches, trails & golfing. Annual ski passes to DP available for guest usage (2 adults and one kid) - a $165 daily value per adult (check with host about details)! Also, free shuttle ride to DP from Mtn Shadow’s. There is access to IV private beaches (seasonal) (cards are prepaid and guests reimburse host for entry fees). Book early, passes and punch cards are limited. Permit: WSTR22-0133
