Located just 1 mi away from Monument Circle downtown Indy! 1.2 miles to Lucas Oil, & 1.3 miles from the Indianapolis Convention Center. You are 2-3 blocks away from the Fountain Square Neighborhood coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the Culture Trail. If you're looking for something spacious, safe, walking distance to everything, for long stays or just a weekend, this is the place for you!

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Peaceful & Luxurious Suite

Our guest suite is close to Indpls--approx. 20 min from downtown. You’ll love our place because of the quiet & serene environment that's just outside of the city. We sit on an acreage close to the I70/Mt Comfort Road Exit making for quick access to and from the interstate. Our suite is in the front corner of our home. It has a private entrance with porch. It looks out into a garden that has a pond with fountain along with seating under a pergola. It has high ceilings and is very spacious.

Private Garden Studio (No Bath Tub/Shower)

This is a perfect location for one or two guests for one or two nights. The space does not have a shower or bath tub so longer term stays would be difficult. There is a small refrigerator in the space for storing any food and drink. There is not a door to close for the toilet, so please consider this if booking for two guests. The garden studio will be your private space with your own private entrance overlooking our vegetable garden.
