In the heart of Indianola, several short blocks from Puget Sound, a wide sandy beach, the pier, and the famed Indianola Country Store, the Greenwood Cottage is a perfect tranquil get-away. Centrally located, the Greenwood Cottage is a short drive to Bainbridge Island (and the Seattle ferry), the Nordic charm of Poulsbo, Kingston (and the Edmonds ferry), and all of Kitsap County. Hiking trails, kayaking, disc golf, and the world-class White Horse golf course are all within easy reach.asonal

(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
