Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Perfectly located on the Tarka trail for cycling or walkin and within easy reach of great surf beaches, not to mention the beautiful Instow which is perfect for estuary walks and eating out. Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.
