Located in a wooded area 6-7 miles from Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach (easy 15-20 min drive based on traffic), Coral Oak is perfect for those who love to visit the beach but don’t want to stay in the crazy traffic. This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!

Enjoy coffee and your favorite beverages from the back deck while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the peace and serenity of nature while watching the egrets fly by, listen to the oysters clamp down as the tide rises and falls, and hear the ocean waves. Common sightings include Bald Eagles, Painted Buntings, Hummingbirds & more!

The Cottage

Historic, peaceful, and close to the beach. Live oak trees and Spanish moss blanket the property. Stroll to the intracoastal waterway and stop by the George Washington tree on your way. The Cottage has two entrances. The main entrance opens into the kitchen. The beach entrance opens into the bathroom to wash off your sandy toes. Sunbath in the fully fenced in courtyard with two outdoor soaking tubs and shower. Enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. Located one mile from the beach!

This sweet OCEAN FRONT CONDO is in walking distance to everything Beach related. Restaurants, Fishing pier, and new recreation/park for all ages!! The unit is freshly remodeled. Adding a full bath making the unit have 2 full baths. 1 with tub. Bedroom with queen, Bunk area with a full and twin, pull out queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living room, dining area. Linens will be provided for all beds except sleep sofa- (please bring linens if using) Off-season monthly rentals available!!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
