Βρίσκεται στον ιστορικό οικισμό της Αλωνίσταινας στο υψόμετρο των 1220 μέτρων 10 km μακριά από την Βυτίνα και 20 km από το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο του Μαινάλου. Το κτίσμα είναι πέτρινο με ξύλινα παραδοσιακά στοιχεία και το εν λόγω σπίτι είναι στον πρώτο όροφο, με θέα στον ποταμό Ελισσώνα. Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. The appartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
