Grocery store and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Madeira Park Beach House

Madeira Park Beach house is a seaside retreat with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from every room. This well laid out and spacious, South West facing waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, observe the wildlife including eagles, sea otters, herons and occasionally whales and dolphins!

West Coast Forest Retreat | Sauna + Cold Plunge

Escape to our West Coast-inspired cabin on ½ acre of forest, 500m from Francis Point Provincial Park. Enjoy a private barrel sauna and cold plunge, or take the 5-min trail to the sea for sunsets, kayaking, swimming, hiking, and fishing. Family-friendly only: we apologize but we do not accommodate large adult-only groups. Ideal for families seeking a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. Experience a true taste of Coast Life in a serene, private setting.

Cloud 9 in Bargain Harbour

Attention nature lovers. This 385 square foot roof top suite is like living on Cloud 9. It is set among the fir and cedar trees in Bargain Harbour a stones throw from the ocean. The deck is over 2000 sq. ft. and set up for outdoor living including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen and a dart board for fun. Stay a couple nights or more and enjoy the king bed, mini kitchen and a shower built for 2 with a view to Vancouver Island.

Pender Harbour Rainforest Retreat

We offer 1165 sqft of air-conditioned space – two queen bedrooms with crisp linens, one beautiful bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, and plenty of space to relax. Modern washer, dryer, fridge, cooker and dishwasher. You’ll have a private covered deck with outdoor seating and dining areas, as well as use of a 6-person hot tub. There are kayaks and a canoe you can use, tide permitting. 50 amp fast EV charger, RV charger.

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
