The starting rate is $110 for 2 Guests and increases $20 for each additional Guest up to 5 bath, kitchenette with coffeemaker, toaster oven, hot plate, fridge, microwave, WiFi, Netflix tv, utensils, patio, Coal grill and private entrance. Guest access beach chairs, coolers, and additional outdoor shower.
