El baño, con suelo de mármol e iluminación LED, dispone de un amplio plato de ducha con dosificador de gel - champú de alta calidad y un gran espejo. Si lo necesita, usted dispone de plancha, tabla de planchar, tendedero y todos los artículos de limpieza que pueda precisar. El apartamento está equipado con una silenciosa climatización frío-calor centralizado. Si viene con bebés le podemos proveer de CUNA y TRONA gratuitas. El cliente sólo puede alojar el número máximo de personas definidos en las características del apartamento y de la tarifa contratada. El alojamiento estará preparado para la cantidad de personas que estén registradas y deberán notificar con antelación en el caso de que necesiten utilizar el sofá cama si lo hubiese, además de un coste extra. En el caso de que viajen con coche, existe la posibilidad de dejarlo en un parking subterráneo, bajo petición previa por 25€ euros el día, en la “Plaza de la Concordia”, a tan solo 3 minutos del alojamiento.

La Iglesia de San Bartolomé es una iglesia parroquial católica de la ciudad de Sevilla, fue construida entre 1780 y 1796, sobre una antigua sinagoga; a sus pies los naranjos endulzan el aire con sabor a azahar. A 5 minutos se encuentra esta casa inspirada en sus colores verdes y vainillas que solo te invitan y sosiegan después de un día de andanzas y emociones vividas en Sevilla, como un refugio de paz y confort. La vivienda posee las máximas calidades, para garantizar el confort de los huéspedes; techos altos y vigas de madera lo sustentan. Al entrar este apartamento/ estudio, se encuentra con la cocina totalmente equipada; el salón con su gran chimenea en madera y muebles de diseño le invitan al descanso después de sus largos paseo descubriendo nuestra ciudad. La zona del dormitorio posee un gran ventanal con cierre en madera que da una agradable terraza donde poder tomar algo o descansar tomando el sol. El baño con un revestimiento de Porcelanosa y madera da mayor calidez y limpieza para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan siempre como en casa. Nuestro deseo es que su estancia sea maravillosa.

On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
