La habitación tiene una gran y cómoda cama con un ligero edredón nórdico. Toda la lencería es 100% algodón. En el luminoso y agradable apartamento con balcón privado. El baño, con suelo de mármol e iluminación LED, dispone de un amplio plato de ducha con dosificador de gel - champú de alta calidad y un gran espejo. Si lo necesita, usted dispone de plancha, tabla de planchar, tendedero y todos los artículos de limpieza que pueda precisar. El apartamento está equipado con una silenciosa climatización frío-calor centralizado. Si viene con bebés le podemos proveer de CUNA y TRONA gratuitas. El cliente sólo puede alojar el número máximo de personas definidos en las características del apartamento y de la tarifa contratada. El alojamiento estará preparado para la cantidad de personas que estén registradas y deberán notificar con antelación en el caso de que necesiten utilizar el sofá cama si lo hubiese, además de un coste extra. En el caso de que viajen con coche, existe la posibilidad de dejarlo en un parking subterráneo, bajo petición previa por 25€ euros el día, en la “Plaza de la Concordia”, a tan solo 3 minutos del alojamiento.

In this floor there is also the kitchen and the toilet room. Upstairs a bedroom with 1 double bed (1,50 m) with an excellent mattres. From the main bedroom you have access to the terraces and the bathroom with the shower. Wifi 2 Smart TV with internet access (1 bedroom and 1 living room). 2 working spaces for 1 person. Balconies. Lifting centre table to be used as a dining table. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, Nesspreso coffee machine, kettle, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Washing machine. One toilet room downstairs and one bathroom upstairs, with shower. The city center is pedestrian. Would you arrive by car, we can offer a parking lot in a building less than 5 minutes walking distance for 21 euros per night (open 24 hours). Please, note that Seville is a city under construction! Although the beautiful protected historical area (where this flat is located) has lasted thousands of years, the city centre is not a museum :-) On your visit, you will notice that the historic city centre is very much alive with many sevillians going about their daily work. Seville is a big city and its centre can be very vibrant at times. During your stay, you may hear early morning construction in a neighbour building, hopefully on its final steps. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago.
