Localisation idéalle : proximité des transports en communs de l'Avenue de Tervuren ( tram 39 et 44 ). Située à 5 min. en voiture de la Place Dumon et du Parc du Cinquantenaire!

Beau studio non-fumeurs, lumineux et au calme dans une maison familiale juste en dehors de Bxl mais proche des transports publiques (15' à pied). Resto's, supermarché, coiffeur, pharmacie ,... à proximité (<1km) Place de parking privative. Possibilité de profiter d'un espace au jardin. Notre femme de ménage passe les vendredis. Si vous le souhaitez, elle peut nettoyer le studio et changer les draps. La piscine est à louer (avec supplement) en fonction des disponibilités.
