There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Please note, there is no kitchen, just tea making facilities and a small bar fridge. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

Our house is less than 1 min walk to Farmerhouse Cafe and bus stop, which is easy to get to ski field and town center with public transport. Driving: - 10 mins to Queenstown international airport. - 15 to 20 mins to Queenstown. - 10 to 15 mins to New World supermarket. - 5 mins to the bottom of Remarkable ski field. - Free WIFI & free parking in front of the house or double garage.

Built in 2024, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located close to The Remarkables. There is full privacy and your own seperate side entrance to the unit. A cozy, warm stay with full underfloor heating and air conditioning unit for your comfort. The guest unit is attached to our main family home (so please be aware you may hear us on occasion).
