The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

Cherry Valley

Cherry Valley is a cozy & comfortable guesthouse on our 3 acres. A spacious studio with private entrance and King bed. House near Hanover between Newark & Zanesville. Roku TV in living room and master. Games available. Dillion, Muskingum River is 12 miles east & Buckeye Lake 20 miles west. Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

The Settle

Welcome to The Settle. A restored log house nestled on the edge of Appalachia, The Settle offers an "elegant rustic retreat" less than an hour drive from many attractions including the Hocking Hills and Buckeye Lake. Rest by the roaring fire in an open concept living area, or in front of a large screen TV in the basement's home theater. With period antiques, up-to-date amenities, and outdoor space to relax. The Settle is sure to give you and your guests an opportunity to rest and unwind.

Buckeye Lake Retreat

A great place for families and fishermen Beautiful home right on the channel and direct access to the lake. Excellent for fishing, catching catfish right from the dock. It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by my husband on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The Lookout at Buckeye Lake

Welcome to The Lookout at Buckeye Lake! We stumbled upon this cozy cottage in the summer of 2018 and spent the next 12 months renovating the dream Buckeye Lake getaway. Our first project was an off-grid cabin featured on DIY Network’s Building Off The Grid. We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.

The Sleepover

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment in Historic Hudson Avenue Community. This top floor apartment is an affordable option with all the conveniences of home. With access to St Rt 16, this location makes commuting very easy. Within a mile of Downtown Newark, Ohio, you'll find plenty of dining and entertainment options. A detailed manual can be found in the apartment with lots of local suggestions.
