Conveniently located 5 miles from Folly Beach and downtown, you are just minutes from the best Charleston has to offer. This beachy farmhouse cottage features 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab island bar top, over 250 sqft of outdoor living space with a hot private hot tub, a bedroom with queen on main floor, and loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase.

Fragrance free detergent used for bedding & towels. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No animals of any kind allowed. We would love to adhere to Airbnb's guidelines for service or emotional support animals, unfortunately we cannot due to health issues of the owner.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on.
