Face mer, plein sud, au calme d'une impasse, c'est une maison traditionnelle très lumineuse, sur une parcelle de 1800 m2 et restructurée en 2023. Prazeres est au centre de la partie la plus ensoleillée de Madeira. Profitez des terrasses, du jardin, de la piscine chauffée (8x3m) et du verger avec ses fruits exotiques et européens. A l'intérieur, un vaste salon, une grande cuisine dinatoire et 3 espaces privés (chaque chambre a une salle d'eau avec WC). L'océan marque chaque pièce de sa présence.

Needless to say, our infinity pool is also there for you to enjoy and relax. Free parking is available in Jardim do Mar.

The Casas Da Vereda are ideally located in a quiet countryside area with nothing but nature between you and the ocean. At 30 minutes drive from Funchal, 5 minutes drive to rock beaches in seaside villages / sand beaches by the marina of Calheta / “levada” walks. Please note that one can rent any combination of Casa Palheiro (T0), Casa Rural (T1), and (Casa Eco T2)!

Il est exceptionnel pour Madère car il est proche du niveau de la mer et la plupart de ses maisons sont accessibles par un labyrinthe de jolis chemins. Son petit hôtel, son restaurant et ses 2 bars sont proches de la villa d’où on peut également joindre facilement la promenade et la plage de galets.
