This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. We purchased The Terry House, in January of 2023 and have been renovating the home for the last two years. This room is on the 2nd floor inspired by Jackie Kennedy featuring antique and historic art work. This private room is spacious, with a queen bed as well as private baths and a mini fridge in the room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor with a Keurig and microwave for you to use.

No kids, no pets. The Blue Heron Room is a spacious luxury bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom and private garden patio. Enjoy the large in-ground pool, the huge jetted spa/hot tub and Himalayan salt sauna, hammocks, fire pits and more. 10 minutes to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, just minutes from a wide array of great dining and 130 outlet stores, a short hop to Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, Dewey beach and much more. It's time to hit the beach!

North Beach Hotel Seaside Apartment Suite

The North Beach Hotel is a seaside getaway located in the quiet town of Ventnor, just half a block (250 feet) from the Ventnor City Boardwalk and Ventnor beaches. The historic building has 8 unique private rooms and a spacious front porch for all to enjoy. The North Beach Hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a homebase as you enjoy the beach and the Atlantic City area. All rooms have one bed, a private ensuite bathroom, cable tv, free wifi, linens, and toiletries.

Grand Two Bedroom King + Queen W/ Terrace

This expansive suite features an upscale and open living, dining area with a powder room and full kitchen which separates king and queen bedrooms and their private, spa-like bathrooms featuring rain showers and Aesop bath amenities. Complete with a large private terrace capturing bohemian Fishtown views, this is the Archway's most luxurious suite. Parking available onsite for additional fee. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).

This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.

Coffee, tea & pastries are offered in the AM, off street parking in our private lot & complimentary beach tags. You will be staying at our 14 room inn, the Zenneth Manor Inn. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the hotel's Southern style hospitality featuring The Magnolia Room Restaurant & enjoying classic cocktails from The King Edward Bar on our porch. (Hours vary by season) My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
