The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

The studio is attached to the end of our house with its own driveway and private separate entrance on eight acres. Private undercover patio screened to ensure your privacy. One queen size bed with linen supplied. Ensuite with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied. Kettle, toaster and small fridge. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water are supplied. Plenty of parking for cars, vans and boats. We are situated five minutes from Huskisson, beaches, shops and cafes.

Blenheim Beach Studio is a cosy retreat directly opposite the tall trees of Jervis Bay’s lovely Blenheim Beach. Our refurbished downstairs is now a fresh, new guest suite with a bedroom, breakfast/dining area and separate bathroom. The sleeping space faces east and has a king-sized bed, superior mattress and quality linen; up three steps to a cosy breakfast/dining space and bathroom. The breakfast bar has a coffee machine, selection of teas, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.

We are "up the hill" Closest beaches are Nelson, Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches - a 2 minute drive.
